Cat's Priorities for Metro Council

Our First Responders need to have the tools, training and technology to keep us safe. Per capita, Louisville has a higher homicide rate than LA or Chicago and that's unacceptable. I will focus on ensuring First Responders are fully funded and prepared to keep our homes and businesses out of harm's way.

When businesses look to grow, they look closely at infrastructure. Our families depend on that same infrastructure to get from one end of the city to the other safely and efficiently. I'll fight to upgrade our roads, bridges, and utilities, so we can protect our residents and position our community as a place where businesses want to invest.

Smart growth means planning responsibly for the future while respecting what makes Louisville special. I support practical, measured development that allows our city to grow without sacrificing our green spaces or quality of life.

Residents expect reliable, no-nonsense government services. I support a back-to-basics approach that prioritizes public safety and essential services while keeping government efficient and accountable.
